On-Line Workshop on behaviour change techniques
People have so much success on my 2 week Healthy Kickstart Program! Everyone is focused and motivated and the results are fantastic after just 14 days…….but not long after this, the same old habits start creeping back in, and there are a plethora of excuses to justify your behaviour.
I have recently completed a course on behaviour change through the University of Melbourne, and I would love to share these techniques with you!
I have created a workshop style course, encouraging active participation and discussion around our motives and issues with changing behaviour. The worskshop will encourage you to deep dive into your own thoughts, feelings and challenges about leading a healthy lifestyle, so it becomes personal and meaningful for you.
Worksheets will be provided, so you will have a template to overcome all challenging situations in life that require personal change!
The live online workshops will be divided into 4 sessions over 4 weeks, and each session will run for approximately 30-45 minutes.
SESSION 1 (Tuesday 13th September 2022, 7.00pm zoom)
Never tear down a wall without first understanding how it was built! There is always an underlying reason behind our excuses.
Take the time to consider why you want to change a certain behaviour.
Understand what obstacles can hinder this healthy change and what this looks like for you, in terms of personal knowledge, attitude and values.

Set yourself up for success rather than failure!
Goal setting and graded planning.
Create SMART goals and a realistic action plan
